Terms

  • C.O.D. until credit established
  • Net 30 days from invoice date with established credit.
  • Overdue invoices are subject to a 2% per month finance charge.

    Price Policy

  • All taxes are extra. This policy covers Goods and Services Tax (GST), and Provincial Sales Tax (PST).
  • All Prices are subject to change without notice.

    Freight Policy

  • F.O.B. Mobile Trends warehouse.
  • Freight prepaid and charged on invoices or carrier collect at customer specifications.
  • Shipped per customers instruction or 'Best Way'.

    Freight Claims

    All shipments are FOB Mobile Trends warehouse and become the property of the purchaser upon acceptance of the merchandise in good order by the carrier. Mobile Trends will obtain a signed Bill of Landing from the carrier and it is the Purchaser’s obligation to submit claims for damage and/or shortages directly to the carrier. Mobile Trends will provide the necessary documentation to the Purchaser for making claims against the carrier. Mobile Trends assumes no risk of loss and/or damage in transit. For the Purchaser’s protection, visible damage as well as any shortages should be noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery. If concealed damage is found, the Purchaser should notify the carrier immediately. Shortages other than carrier caused must be claimed within 15 days.

    Returns and Stock Adjustment

    A Return Goods Authorization number must be obtained from Mobile Trends prior to returning any merchandise. The RGA number must be visible on the outside of all cartons and marked on all packing slips. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid within 30 days of date of Return Goods Authorization. Returned Goods must be in original cartons and in new, unmarked and saleable condition. Defective merchandise and goods for repair should include a note stating why the product is being returned. Please indicate if the merchandise is being returned because it is defective and requires repair. Special order stock returns can be subject to a restocking fee.
